1. Scope
These quote terms apply to all commercial offers issued by iHawk Aquylis (Anton Yohan), the web development agency. They cover the €600 promo website creation offer (13-month contract, 12 months maintenance, site dossier and brand listing).
2. Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. After that they expire and must be renewed. Any change to initial terms requires a new quote.
3. Modifications
Any change to the initial quote requires a written amendment signed by both parties, covering services, deadlines, prices or other terms.
4. Acceptance
Client acceptance of the quote is a firm order (signature, confirmation email or other written means). For the €600 offer, acceptance includes the 13-month contract and iHawk Aquylis ownership of code and domain.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are defined in each quote. For the €600 promo, amount and schedule appear explicitly on the accepted quote.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. iHawk Aquylis will inform the client promptly of delays. Penalties apply only if delays are attributable to iHawk Aquylis.
7. Ownership of code and domain name
Unless a written amendment states otherwise, website source code and domain name remain the exclusive property of iHawk Aquylis. The quote states client usage rights for the contract term (13 months for the promo offer).
8. Warranty and maintenance
iHawk Aquylis warrants conformity to quote specifications. The promo includes 12 months maintenance under the 13-month contract, covering design and delivery defects during the contractual maintenance period.
9. Limitation of liability
iHawk Aquylis liability is limited to the accepted quote amount. Indirect damages, lost profits or commercial prejudice are excluded.
