Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all web development services offered by iHawk Aquylis (Anton Yohan), publisher of the website ihawk.fr, including website creation, personalized site dossiers, brand listing setup, web applications and maintenance services.

Any order requires a detailed quote accepted by the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days and become firm upon written acceptance. The promotional €600 website creation offer includes a 13-month contract as described below.

The promotional website creation offer is priced at €600 excl. VAT (Anton Yohan / iHawk Aquylis). It includes site creation, personalized site dossier, full brand listing and 12 months of maintenance under a 13-month contract. Options outside the offer require an additional quote. Other services are billed per accepted quote.

The standard contract for the website creation offer lasts 13 months: build phase then 12 months of associated maintenance. Maintenance covers technical follow-up, security updates and support within quote limits. Beyond 12 months of maintenance, renewal may be offered by amendment.

The source code of the created website, and the domain name registered or managed for the project, remain the exclusive property of iHawk Aquylis. The client receives usage rights for the site during the contract term, as per the quote. No automatic transfer of code or domain is included in the €600 promo offer unless a written amendment states otherwise.

Payment is made by bank transfer, cash or card as agreed. Installments (deposit, balance) are specified on the accepted quote.

Delivery times are indicative. Any delay caused by the client (assets, validations) postpones delivery accordingly and may affect the maintenance schedule.

In accordance with applicable law, the client has 14 days to withdraw, except for services fully performed with prior agreement.

iHawk Aquylis undertakes to provide services matching agreed specifications. Liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the client under the relevant quote.

In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
